Newtone Entertainment is committed to managing our environmental effects and wastes in compliance with our legal obligations.  Furthermore, we will strive to continually improve all our operations and specifically commit to:

• Work to achieve the environmental expectations of our staff, customers, suppliers and local community.
• Apply best practice standards for environmental management.
• Improve efficiency of operations to minimise water and raw material use, energy consumption, waste and pollution generation.
• Create awareness among our staff and suppliers of the potential environmental effect of operations with which they are involved, and how they can work towards minimising these environmental effects.
• Continue to conduct regular assessments of the environmental effects of core business operations to identify potential areas for improvement, and to follow through with programs to achieve these improvements.

Special consideration will be given to employing and empowering the local staff and wherever efficient and environmentally sustainable, products and services will be sourced locally.

We have adopted several initiatives that have enabled us to improve our businesses impact on the environment. We strive to make our clients and industry aware of these practices and are periodically reviewing them.

Initiatives include:

• We offer bio-degradable confetti as an option and work with customers in minimizing confetti pollution and wastage, especially when used in an uncontrolled outdoor environment.
• The majority of our confetti electric canister componentry are made up of recyclable materials. After they have been used, we take these off-site to be recycled which ensure no cross-contamination occurs. 
• Our Flame Machine fuel canisters are recycled and where possible and deemed safe to do so they will be refilled with fuel and reused.
